I have just returned after a year of trouble free driving to bring my car back to Tim Purslow Mercedes-Benz to have it’s service and MOT and II have to say that the excellent customer service just carries on.

Pre MOT, they found a rather bad bulge in one of my tyres which I was advised immediately would require replacement for safety reasons. All the work was priced and sent to me before any work was carried out to make sure that I was happy with the costs. There were no hidden charges like some of the garages I have been to.

Yet again, Rory and the team proved how great they are and are a car dealer that looks after you constantly. Communication is consistent and regular. I cannot recommend this business highly enough, going back to when I first bought the car until the service I have received subsequently. If you have a Mercedes and want an excellent experience, then this is where you need to go.

Covid Update

Further to the government guidelines issued on Monday 4th January, we would like to advise

all of our customers that as an ‘Essential Service’ provider, our business will remain open as

usual for all service, repairs and MOT's during the lockdown period.


Car Sales will operate on a 'Click and Collect' basis only, with all vehicles available to view online.
