When you work in a service oriented business like I do you appreciate great service.

I had 14 Managers around the table yesterday and I was explaining that it’s not always the prices that affect business or the internet. It’s often service, where you can steal business off others.

I came in today having never dealt with your business before and came away now wanting to have both the family cars serviced by you. I have a Mercedes main Dealership in my village and still would drive 10 miles further from my workplace to experience being looked after. Just wanted to tell you this because I never complain about bad service. I just never go back.
